Most of the workers are women in a factory and they are hired on fewer wages, the working hours are long for them, they also find the harassment issues. The WML Company should form policies in which they commit to providing the minimum wages and other facilities. Ensure and improve employees satisfaction The facilities and compensation will help the company in satisfying employees.
